develop & promote consumer loyalty programs. “i-mint”, the loyalty program

managed by LSRL is India's first nationwide coalition loyalty and consumer

rewards program, where a large number of companies have come together

under a single brand. LSRL manages the loyalty programs of partner

organizations such as Air India, Airtel, HPCL, ICICI Bank, and Make my trip.

com and over 2000 other entities who have signed up with LSRL for

managing their loyalty programs.



Imint has recently been acquired by PAYBACK, which is Germany’s leading

loyalty programme.

Job Description This position plays the key role for the success of rewards

and gifting business and a positive program experience. The position also

has to work closely with the partner teams to facilitate partner objectives.

Managing the Profit & Loss performance for the rewards vertical. Sourcing of

rewards and gifts and contributing towards the business growth of rewards

vertical. Therefore, 30%-40% of the role requires travel.



Key Responsibilities:



Source reward products from existing and new vendors – will have to look

into engaging vendors for procurement of variety of gifts from mobile phones

to ladies handbags.

Will have to constantly work with sales team to manage the existing program

partners and manage their expectations for rewards and gifting.

Should understand the market and consumer needs. Should provide

appropriate support the marketing team and partner teams who would be

focused on increasing the rewards and gifting business

Data creation / content creation for upload in websites

Manage 10 -12 different catalogues / business requirements at a time

The profile will be responsible for revenue generation, product sourcing,

rewards quality and customer experience

Quarterly price negotiations with the vendors

Audit and compliance exposure handling and maintaining adherence

Support third party rewards sales and corporate reward sales.

Merchandising

Relationship Management (internal & external) skills

Must be able to understand Financials

Excellent Negotiation Skills





Professional experience, knowledge, and key capabilities required:



Should have managed P&L responsibility

Past expertise as a Product Manager (minimum 3 years)

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

Strong communication skills and writing skills in English,

Excellent interpersonal skills along with team management skills

Ability to understand Taxation rules and basic legal clauses in vendor

agreements.





Proven track record:



In sourcing of rewards and gifts and contributing towards the business

growth of rewards vertical.

Should have worked as a category group head with an online portal like

ebay / indiatimes / rediff or a retail chain like Shopper’s stop.

Should have managed revenue responsibility.
