Due to growth and demand for our products we are looking to hire a Manager of Hardware Engineering. You will be responsible for new product design and development and managing the day to day activities of our outstanding team of Hardware Engineers What you'll be doing! - Design and implement board-level reference design products, IC verification platforms and technology development test systems - Design analog and digital circuits and subsystems including amplifiers, filters, power supplies, etc. - Prepare and manage project plans and schedules and provide status reports on development projects - Manage activities of the Hardware Engineering team - Serve as project lead on hardware design projects - Specify requirements and supervise preparation of test plans for product design verification testing What you need for this position: - 7+ years hardware design experience - 4+ years as Engineering Manager or Supervisor - Analog, Digital and Mixed Signal design - General experience with Schematic Capture (OrCAD), SPICE, PCB Layout (Cadence Allegro), Signal Integrity (Allegro PCB SI), Thermal Analysis (FloTHERM), MatLAB - Background with wired and 802.11 wireless - Experience with UL and CE safety or FCC and CE emissions requirements, design techniques and compliance test methodologies a plus - Bachelor's degree in electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related - Ability to travel up to 50% What's in it for you! - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits - Stock options - Relocation assistance - Fantastic work environment - Great location - Other cool perks!
