A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join the Corporate Finance Team. A valued member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to four Partners and their teams within a successful and growing group.

Your role will see you perform a range of tasks and responsibilities including:
• Delivering high quality coordination and support to your Partners and team
• Liaising with clients on behalf of Partners, directors and managers and being alert and responsive to client enquiries
• Daily diary/email
management
• Arranging travel for Partners and the team
• Organise internal and external meetings
• Preparation of documents including formatting of reports and presentations and drafting of correspondence
• Organising staff events
• Setting up new clients and engagement codes
• Project assistance
• Expenses and billings

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate a high level of initiative and maturity. You will be a confident communicator and possess excellent time management and organisational skills. In addition to this, your awareness and appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential material will be critical to your success in this role. Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office is required.
